GoLeads AI provides AI content generation, lead search, CRM integration and related tools. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
Program / sender: GoLeads AI and SeekNova AI, operated by SEKENOVA AI Technologies Corp. (“SeekNova AI”); messages are sent under the registered brand JEBA Solutions LLC.
Message types (opt-in is separate and optional for each):
• Account & service (non-marketing): identity verification codes, appointment reminders, document requests and reminders, and tax/insurance service and account updates, and customer support.
• Marketing & promotions: special offers, promotions and new services — sent only if you separately opt into marketing texts.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase, and marketing and non-marketing consent are never bundled together.
Message frequency varies by the program(s) you opt into. Message & data rates may apply.

Subscriptions and pay-as-you-go purchases are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Pay-as-you-go credits are non-refundable once used.
GO-COUNTING AI reads bank and card data through Plaid, read-only, only to keep your bookkeeping. It never moves money, never sees your bank password, and you can disconnect a bank or withdraw your bank-connection consent at any time from GO-COUNTING.
Every payment made through SeekNova AI's Stripe includes a 6% platform fee, shown before you pay. Free trials with a card on file charge the plan you chose on day 8 unless you cancel before; plans then renew monthly until you cancel in GO-COUNTING. Client-business connected accounts managed by an accountant are billed per account as shown at checkout.
The AI suggests categories that you (or your accountant) review and approve. Tax figures are estimates, not tax advice — confirm with your CPA. An accountant you invite only sees the companies you authorize, and you can remove that access at any time.
You agree to use the platform lawfully, to comply with all applicable advertising and anti-spam laws, and not to misuse lead data.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, GoLeads AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
The GoLeads AI platform — including its software, source and compiled code, user interface, look-and-feel, workflows, module structure, lead-scoring and matching algorithms, AI prompts and agent logic, GoGuide tutorials, pricing and packaging models, databases, data compilations, text, graphics and the names/logos "GoLeads AI", "GoGuide" and "GoMail" — is the proprietary property and trade secret of SEKENOVA AI Technologies Corp. (“SeekNova AI”) and its affiliates (including JEBA Solutions LLC) and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, trade-secret (Defend Trade Secrets Act and Florida Uniform Trade Secrets Act), unfair-competition and computer-misuse laws. © 2026 GoLeads AI. Whether or not you have an account, you may NOT, directly or through any person, contractor or AI tool (including code-generation assistants such as Codex, Copilot or similar): (a) copy, clone, replicate, imitate or recreate the platform, its screens, flows, features, prompts or business model, in whole or in substantial part; (b) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code, algorithms, prompts or data structures; (c) scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download any page, data, lead records or outputs by automated means; (d) use the platform, its data or its outputs to build, train, benchmark or improve a competing product or AI model; (e) remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice; or (f) access the platform to gather competitive intelligence. Accessing or using the site constitutes acceptance of these restrictions.
Remedies. Any violation causes irreparable harm to GoLeads AI. GoLeads AI may seek immediate injunctive relief without posting bond, actual damages, disgorgement of profits, statutory damages where available (including under the U.S. Copyright Act and Lanham Act), and recovery of its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. GoLeads AI may also terminate access immediately and issue DMCA takedown notices. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located in Florida.
